Ali is the principal solicitor and founder of T&T Lawyers. Ali has extensive experience in a range of legal matters. having operated his own firm for most of his legal career. Ali holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. He is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

From a very young age. Ali was able to combine his intellect with business. Whilst at University. alongside his legal studies, he ran his own small business. After completing his degree, Ali was admitted as a Solicitor in 2012. A few years after his admission, having gained experience working as a Solicitor, Ali decided to venture out and start his own firm.

He initially started by providing legal services to family and friends. Following the quick growth of the firm, he set up an office in Rockdale. T&T Lawyers is now a well-established law firm which provides a range of legal services to clients worldwide. The success of the firm is a direct result of Ali’s hard work and strong representation of his clients.

Ali represents clients from all walks of life. His clients range from individuals to corporations and his experience ranges from simple legal matters, such as drafting a will, to more complex matters, such as civil and criminal court proceedings.

Ayah is our specialist immigration lawyer. She has extensive experience and proven expertise in immigration law. Ayah is one of only 49 lawyers in NSW formally recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the NSW Law Society.

Ayah holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. She is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Ayah is a member of the New South Wales Law Society and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia. Ayah has a Palestinian background and comes from a family of migrants, allowing her to understand and connect with her clients. From a very young age, she developed a passion for law and justice, and aspired to become a lawyer. She completed her studies and legal training at the University of Technology Sydney in 2010, and gained admission to practice in 2011. Since then, Ayah has been working as a Solicitor.

She initially commenced her career working at a general practice law firm but decided that her passion lies in immigration and chose to specialise. Ayah gained her specialist accreditation in immigration law in 2016, after passing a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. At the time, Ayah was one of the youngest lawyers to be awarded specialist accreditation in immigration law.

With this background, Ayah now works exclusively on immigration matters, representing her clients vigorously. She runs the immigration practice at T&T Lawyers and her clients range from individuals and small businesses to more complex and large organisations. Ayah is often engaged by other lawyers and law firms to assist in more complicated immigration matters. She has mentored many young lawyers throughout the course of her career. Ayah has also worked as an Educator for the Migration Institute of Australia, presenting seminars and conducting workshops for other lawyers and migration agents as part of their continuing professional development (CPD).

Immigration is a complex and constantly changing area of law and having a specialist and experienced lawyer that is up to date makes all the difference. Ayah’s specialisation in immigration combined with her experience in other areas of the law give her an edge in representing her clients. Ayah’s immigration law experience is extensive and ranges from initial applications to more complex matters, such as tribunal and court appeals, visa cancellations, health and character matters and ministerial intervention requests. Ayah enjoys working on challenging cases and finding practical legal solutions for clients.

Hassan is a young and highly motivated legal practitioner who completed his law degree at the University of Technology Sydney. He is committed to providing excellent client service and is driven by a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges.

Hassan currently works in both the general and immigration law practices in our firm, where he is deeply involved in a broad spectrum of legal areas, including Family Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, and Property Law. This diverse exposure allows Hassan to address a wide range of legal issues. His passion for law goes beyond simply providing legal advice—he is truly committed to working on solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives, solving problems that can have a profound impact on families, businesses, and communities.

In addition to his general practice experience, Hassan has extensive prior expertise in litigation, particularly in Insurance Law. He has worked on debt recovery matters in areas such as motor vehicle claims, private property damage, strata property damage, and contents/product damage claims. Through these experiences, Hassan has developed a sharp focus on resolving disputes efficiently, and he is driven by the opportunity to help both individuals and businesses find clarity and justice in complex situations. His dedication to using his legal skills to solve real-world problems makes him an invaluable resource for our firm.
